Socratic Seminar

      Today in society people argue all the time. Now what they're arguing about can vary in many different ways. Some argue because they have a different believe on a topic and they try to convince another person that their belief is right. In some cases people argue because they absolutely hate each other. The winner is determined when someone convinces the other that their arguement is right. A past experience that I had was when I was arguing with my mom and I lost the arguement even though I was correct, because she won when she said "give me your phone, you're grounded for month. I immediately was quiet and the arguement was over.
